Flippo Constructions’s Employee-Owners were out in force for several weeks removing ‘snowcrete’ across the City of Alexandria, after the February snow storm shut the city’s streets down. Flippo has had a long term service contract with the city to plow the main thoroughfares and remove snow around city critical buildings. However after the storm the freezing temperatures froze the deep snow in place. Neighborhoods and businesses were unable to dig themselves out. So the City called Flippo! The hard work of the Flippo employees before, during, and after the storm made travel and city services available to the residents of the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
